Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle client inquiries and process reservations for airline tickets, hotel bookings, and travel packages via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Coordinate with hotels online through Booking System & offline (mails with the hotels), airlines through Amadeus or NDC,
  • Provide clients with detailed information about travel options, visa requirements, and package inclusions.
  • Make full itinerary for foreigners.
  • Assist clients in modifying or canceling reservations as needed, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and distribute travel documents, itineraries, and confirmations to clients in a timely manner.
  • 2-4 years of experience in reservations, travel coordination, or a related field.
  • Excellent Command of English is a MUST (Talk with foreigners, chats and call)
  • Proficiency in reservation and booking software systems (Online & Offline)
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
  • Familiarity with visa processes, airline ticketing, and hotel booking procedures is a MUST

Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience in reservations, travel coordination, or a related field.
