Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and process incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in every booking.
  • Keep up-to-date with promotional offers, packages, and policy changes to effectively communicate relevant information to customers.
  • Handle modifications and cancellations of reservations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a smooth experience for the customer.
  • Utilize reservation systems and software efficiently to log bookings and generate reports for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new technology.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a knack for turning challenges into positive experiences for customers.
  • A customer-centric mindset, always putting the needs and satisfaction of guests at the forefront of your efforts.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple reservations and inquiries simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
