Join our dynamic team as a Reservation Agent specializing in serving our Arabic-speaking clientele. This position is pivotal in ensuring our guests receive seamless and memorable booking experiences. As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the reservation process and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will cater to inquiries, provide information about our services, and handle bookings efficiently. Your fluency in Arabic will be critical in connecting with our Arabic-speaking guests, helping them feel understood and valued throughout their interaction with us. Responsibilities
  • Handle all reservation inquiries promptly, particularly for Arabic-speaking guests.
  • Provide detailed information about available accommodations and services to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and modifications in the system.
  • Assist guests with special requests and distinct booking preferences effectively.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet guests' needs and preferences timely.
  • Respond to customer queries in a professional, informative, and courteous manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies during all reservation transactions.
  • Resolve booking issues swiftly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to share relevant guest information.
  • Update the reservation database regularly to reflect current bookings and availability.
  • Ensure a seamless experience for clients from booking through their stay.
  • Contribute to meeting departmental objectives for reservations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
