Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage end-to-end research projects for clients - being involved in all research stages like questionnaire development, data analysis, report writing, and client presentations, to drive the smooth execution of projects, whether independently or with the support of team members.
- Demonstrate expertise across research types - Brand health, C-SAT, Sizing, Usage & Attitude, & Custom Ad hoc work.
- Translate client business questions into research designs and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (data science, operations, client service) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through excellent service and consultative support.
- Ensure adherence to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Mentor & Supervise team members on project execution and managing client expectations
- Handle client queries, provide advice, and consultation to stakeholders (internal/external)
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in market research, preferably in an agency-based, client-facing role.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in like Excel & PowerPoint. Knowledge of a statistical software (SPSS, R, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to mentor, supervise and guide junior team members.
Preferred Attributes:
- Client-obsessed mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
