Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, coordinate, and manage tracker, ad-hoc, and syndicated Quantitative Research projects by:

  • Receiving and understanding client briefs
  • Supporting the development of research design in proposals
  • Designing survey questionnaires and related materials
  • Briefing and training field staff
  • Coordinating with all stakeholders involved in project execution
  • Monitoring fieldwork progress and ensuring data quality
  • Analyzing data and extracting meaningful insights
  • Developing conclusions and actionable recommendations
  • Presenting findings and preparing reports from proposal to final delivery
  • p>Responsible for overall project management and maintaining close working relationships with key team members (e.g., Analysts, Field Staff, and Administrative teams)Qualifications /div>
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in managing Quantitative research at agency side.
    • Preferred industry experience Government/ Semi-Government entities, Travel & Tourism, Transportation.
    • Experience in the area of Customer Happiness, Mystery Audits, Brand-tracking, Usage & Attitude etc. solutions would be preferred.
    • Analytical with excellent writing, presentation and communication skills in English. Fluency in Arabic would be beneficial.
