Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, coordinate, and manage tracker, ad-hoc, and syndicated Quantitative Research projects by:
- Receiving and understanding client briefs
- Supporting the development of research design in proposals
- Designing survey questionnaires and related materials
- Briefing and training field staff
- Coordinating with all stakeholders involved in project execution
- Monitoring fieldwork progress and ensuring data quality
- Analyzing data and extracting meaningful insights
- Developing conclusions and actionable recommendations
- Presenting findings and preparing reports from proposal to final delivery
- p>Responsible for overall project management and maintaining close working relationships with key team members (e.g., Analysts, Field Staff, and Administrative teams)Qualifications /div>
- At least 1-2 years of experience in managing Quantitative research at agency side.
- Preferred industry experience Government/ Semi-Government entities, Travel & Tourism, Transportation.
- Experience in the area of Customer Happiness, Mystery Audits, Brand-tracking, Usage & Attitude etc. solutions would be preferred.
- Analytical with excellent writing, presentation and communication skills in English. Fluency in Arabic would be beneficial.
