Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Duties:
- Report to H145 aircrew training manager.
- To perform duty as rescue specialist instructor on H145 Helicopters to train according to GSAC syllabus basic and advance courses (e.g. initial rescue specialist, instructor, live hoist, etc.)
- To update training materials according to requirements.
- To advise the Commanders about aircrew training requirement on H145 Helicopters.
- To develop & write training material, publications, syllabus and exams for H145 Helicopters and to perform review & correction of these publications upon requirement.
- To update and follow up the training files for rescue specialists deployed on H145 Helicopters.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Qualified as Rescue Specialist instructor from accredited organization.
- Military experience background.
- Hoist Flying hour: minimum (1000 FH total, 500 FH hoist training as instructor)
- Experience (search and rescue hoist operation over land, water, mountain)
- Qualified in Basic and Advanced Swimming from an accredited institute.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
- Would be required to pass medical test
- Required to qualify theoretical exam, practical evaluation and interview.
