Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting for import and export transactions

• Handling LCs, TRs, shipping and customs documentation

• Shipment-wise landed cost calculation and profitability

• Vendor, freight, duty, and clearing agent reconciliation

• Coordination with banks, freight forwarders, and suppliers

• VAT compliance related to imports and exports

• Monthly MIS, audit support, and management reporting

Import Accounting, Export Accounting, Trade Finance, LC & TR, Landed Costing, VAT UAE, Shipping Documents, Tally ERP, Advanced Excel, MIS Reporting

Requirements

  • • 4–5 years experience in import/export accounting
  • • Strong understanding of international trade documentation
  • • Proficiency in Tally and Advanced Excel
  • • Languages: English & Hindi (mandatory)
  • • Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines
  • Location: UAE
