Key responsibilities :

1. Follow the project's quality control plan.
2. Make sure all civil works meet the required standards and specifications.
3. Do regular checks on site work like concrete, blockwork, plastering, etc.
4. Arrange testing for materials and concrete with approved labs.
5. Prepare inspection requests, material approvals, and reports.
6. Keep records of all quality documents and share reports with the team.
7. Work closely with consultants, site engineers, and subcontractors.
8. Attend meetings related to quality.
9. Check all materials delivered to the site to ensure they meet the project requirements.
10. Identify any quality problems and take action to fix them.
11. Suggest improvements to avoid future issues.
12. Prepare all documents needed for project handover, like test reports, approvals, and as-built drawings.
