Job Description

• Maintain data sharing access for all positions / reports and update them when needed.
• Make sure automated reports are running on time and Troubleshoot problems if any.
• Maintain automated Power BI Reports.
• Create and automate reports and dashboards as required to support all levels in sales team
• Create and automate reports and dashboards as required to support all levels in warehouse & dispatch team.
• Deliver any ad-hoc reports for KPIs when required.
• Responsible for sending daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on time.
• Responsible for preparing & sending the required reports to the Sales, Warehouse & Dispatch Teams.
• Other tasks as required by direct manager.
• Implement company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor Degree holder in a relevant field
• 0- 3 years experience in a similar position, preferably in FMCGs industry
