Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Addressing customer queries and complaints promptly, aiming to provide exceptional customer service and foster strong customer relationships. Swiftly escalating and resolving customer complaints.
Proactively identify and secure new rental opportunities by leveraging market analysis, networking, and targeted outreach strategies.
Negotiate and finalize rental agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
Oversee the entire rental process from initial inquiry to equipment return, guaranteeing smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Demonstrates a minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in car rental or related industry.
Maximizes up-sells and walk-up sales based on vehicle availability, utilizing established sales techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
