Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Inbound Call Handling
- Answer customer calls from Ads lines promptly and professionally
- Collect full customer and vehicle details
- Understand job requirements and special instructions
- Enter addresses into Google Maps
- Calculate mileage and service rate
- Generate job messages for invoicing
- Contact local mechanics and dealerships to offer services
- Log outreach notes and schedule follow-ups
- Assign jobs using WhatsApp Business API
- Track driver statuses: En Route, On-Scene, Completed
- Update job status in company dispatch system
- Send completion confirmations
- Collect feedback, escalate issues
- Remind drivers of upcoming jobs and instructions
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred Experience
- Tow dispatch, call center, or logistics experience
- Familiarity with invoicing tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Stripe)
- Sales outreach or business development background
- Experience with VoIP platforms (Twilio, Aircall, OpenPhone)
- Competitive USD-based salary
- Payment via bank transfer or PayPal
- Structured training and SOPs
- Performance bonuses
- Supportive team environment
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work U.S. West Coast hours (4 PM 2 AM Cairo time)
- Proficient with Google Sheets, Forms, and WhatsApp Business
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
- Comfortable using Google Maps
- Reliable internet and quiet home workspace
