About the Role


This position is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and confident in managing multiple web-related projects. You ll be coordinating website builds (WordPress + Shopify), tracking timelines, facilitating internal meetings, and helping implement new workflows.


You ll work directly with the founder, client managers, and the design/dev teams to ensure smooth delivery of both client-facing and internal projects.


Initial Focus Areas


Assist the current PM in wrapping up in-progress website builds


Lead internal operations and process improvement tasks


Support CRM/project management tool migration


Organize project timelines, agendas, and deliverables


Use tools like Plan.io, Slack, Google Drive, and Sheets to keep the team aligned


Track project statuses, time logs, and quality assurance milestones


Key Responsibilities


Oversee multiple WordPress and Shopify website and marketing projects


Set and manage milestones, deliverables, and team responsibilities


Identify blockers and help resolve them with leadership


Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders


Manage revision cycles, task feedback, and launch checklists


Maintain accurate status updates and progress reports


Host/facilitate team standups and planning meetings when needed


Requirements


3+ years of experience in project management (web or digital agency preferred)


Familiarity with WordPress and Shopify development workflows


Strong communication and organizational skills


Comfortable using PM tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com


Proficient in Slack, Google Meet, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets


Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Experience managing website rebuilds, QA, content migration, or SEO


Bonus if you have a background in development, marketing, or agency operations
