Assist in the development and enforcement of Arcos security policies and procedures.
4. User Support
Provide technical support to administrators and other users regarding privileged accountrelated
issues within the Arcos application.
Assist users in understanding and adhering to privileged account policies and best
practices.
Conduct regular training sessions for users on privileged account security and Arcos
application administration.
5. Policy and Procedure Development
Assist in the development and updating of privileged account management policies and
procedures specific to the Arcos application.
Document and maintain standard operating procedures for privileged account
management tasks.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in application security.
6. Technical Administration
Manage and configure privileged account policies within the Arcos application
Ensure secure storage and transmits Troubleshoot and resolve all the application-related issues.
Respond to and resolve privileged account related security incidents and breaches within
the Arcos application.
Work with the IT security team to investigate and mitigate any potential threats to
privileged account security.
Maintain logs and documentation of incidents and resolutions.
