Position Overview
First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of retail customers by delivering tailored financial solutions and exceptional client service. This role is responsible for customer acquisition, account management, cross-selling banking products, and maintaining strong compliance and portfolio performance.

What You ll Do

* Acquire new customers by understanding their financial needs and aligning solutions with FAB s product offerings
* Develop and maintain strategic account plans and regularly update pipeline and portfolio development progress
* Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and client satisfaction
* Act as the key point of contact for all portfolio clients, resolving service issues and coordinating with product partners
* Identify cross-sell opportunities and work closely with internal product teams to deliver integrated financial solutions
* Conduct regular client meetings to assess evolving needs and recommend appropriate products or services
* Maintain awareness of customer usage across FAB s services and ensure all records are updated accordingly
* Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and internal risk requirements, minimizing operational issues
* Collaborate with departments such as Operations, Technology, Risk, and Legal to deliver consistent client experiences
* Set personal performance goals, participate in relevant training, and stay informed of industry trends and certification updates

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in retail customer relationship management
* SCA Certification (CISI Level 3) and UAE Rules & Regulations certification are mandatory
* Strong knowledge of retail banking products, client needs, and portfolio management
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and improve portfolio profitability
