About The Role
We are expanding our Business Banking coverage by introducing Relationship Managers into our digital-first banking model. This strategic initiative aims to enhance customer engagement through personalized relationship management, tailored for a digitally driven environment. As a Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering personalized, tech-enabled financial solutions to SME clients across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Portfolio Management: Acquire and manage a portfolio of SME and business banking clients, focusing on liability growth and deepening relationships.
- Customer Engagement: Provide tailored banking solutions and proactive service to clients, leveraging digital tools and platforms.
- Revenue Generation: Drive growth in deposits and cross-sell banking products to meet revenue targets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with product, operations, and digital teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
- Proven experience in SME or Business Banking in the UAE.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing business clients, with a focus on liability growth.
- Existing portfolio of clients with potential to bring significant deposits.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a lean, agile, and evolving digital ecosystem.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes.
