Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets within the Delta region.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize performance and productivity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

  • 10 years of Experience in FMCG Sales in Delta Region
