Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive and ensure consistent execution of the SSS (Single Source Solution) approach across Decorative, Protective and Powder segments throughout the full project cycle (Design Tender Execution), securing system wins, early influence, and corrective follow-up where needed.

Lead top-down project development by converting regional opportunities into concrete project pipelines and actions for local teams, while ensuring strong CRM discipline and alignment on priority projects with Regional Key Accounts, Specifications and Sales teams.

Identify and develop new project accounts and growth opportunities in the region and growth markets by mapping stakeholders, engaging early with developers, consultants, main contractors and applicators, and aligning efforts with regional project priorities.

Align technical and commercial solutions with segment strategies to deliver unified SSS offers, while coordinating closely with the Regional Technical Manager to secure technical alignment and high-quality execution on strategic projects.

Develop sales capabilities across markets by driving PLP, coaching and collaborative support to elevate project selling standards and strengthen project conversion across MEIA.

Collaborate with Projects Marketing & Communication teams to support digital tools such as BIM, RIBA CPD and other project-focused initiatives that enhance Jotun s visibility, specifications and market positioning.

Desired Candidate Profile

What we look for

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • 5+ years experience in project sales, business development, key account management or specification work preferably within coatings, construction, or other project-driven industries.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing project sales strategies, building pipelines or system-based solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen with solid project management, stakeholder mapping and CRM discipline.
  • Excellent communicator with strong influencing and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders (developers, consultants, contractors, etc.).
  • Collaborative approach, and ability to drive cross-functional alignment and follow-through.
