Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute regional HR strategy aligned with business goals; advise leadership on workforce planning and organisational design.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Implement recruitment strategies, succession planning, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Performance Management & Engagement: Drive performance systems, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive pay structures, manage payroll, and introduce innovative benefits.
  • Compliance & Employee Relations: Ensure adherence to GCC labour laws, manage HR policies, and handle employee relations.
  • Organisational Development & Culture: Promote corporate culture, lead DEI initiatives, and manage change strategies.
  • HR Technology & Analytics: Implement HRIS, dashboards, and automation; leverage data for decision-making.
  • CSR & Well-being: Develop CSR programs, wellness initiatives, and align HR with ESG principles.
  • Crisis Management: Create HR contingency plans and ensure business continuity during disruptions.



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Saudi National
  • Relevant Degree in Human Resources, MBA, CIPD
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience with proven track record in line management
  • Retail Industry experience (luxury ideal)
  • Dynamic, strong communicator
  • Passion for impact and change
