Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the refrigeration section, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and reliably.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all refrigeration equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, coordinating timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Monitor system performance and energy consumption, recommending improvements for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations related to refrigeration operations.
- Manage and mentor a team of refrigeration technicians, providing training and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to support operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventory.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of new refrigeration systems and upgrades.
- Prepare reports and present findings on system performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives.
