Recruitment Supervisor Soundlines Global FZCO

We are looking for a Recruitment Supervisor with 3 to 5+ years of experience in blue-collar overseas recruitment. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Gulf recruitment processes, be responsible for building tie-ups with new recruitment agencies, handle client coordination, and be proficient in preparing recruitment reports.

Location: Mumbai (Colaba)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment
• Manage recruitment for blue-collar roles across sectors like Civil, Oil & Gas, MEP, Manufacturing, etc.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and trade test coordination.
• Documentation & Mobilization
• Oversee document verification, visa processing, medical formalities, and mobilization for Gulf projects.
• Agency & Vendor Management
• Handle tie-ups, agency selection, negotiations, and vendor coordination for recruitment activities.
• Client & Team Coordination
• Act as a key liaison between clients, recruitment agencies, and internal departments.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to fulfill client requirements.
• Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare and compile recruitment reports on a regular basis.
• Use advanced Excel skills to maintain data accuracy, dashboards and MIS reports.
• Travel Open to travel to GCC countries as required for recruitment drives, campaigns, and client coordination.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in blue-collar hiring for Gulf countries.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) and report compilation.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects under tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to travel internationally when required.

Experience Required:

· Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience in blue-collar overseas recruitment
