Roles & Responsibilities
Role Description
- Strategize Recruitment Plans: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage Recruitment Team: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including internal and external sources.
- Interview and Selection: Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring decisions in collaboration with department leaders.
- Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
- Employee Retention: Develop and implement employee retention programs to maintain a motivated and engaged workforce.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare and present recruitment reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Knowledge of the F&B Industry is a must
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role in F&B Industry
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook in F&B Industry
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills especiallly in F&B Industry
- Employer Branding and Interviewing skill sespeciallly in F&B Industry
- Experience in recruiting activities for blue collars is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Very Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of the F&B Industry is a must
