Roles & Responsibilities

Role Description

  • Strategize Recruitment Plans: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage Recruitment Team: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including internal and external sources.
  • Interview and Selection: Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring decisions in collaboration with department leaders.
  • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
  • Employee Retention: Develop and implement employee retention programs to maintain a motivated and engaged workforce.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present recruitment reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Knowledge of the F&B Industry is a must
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role in F&B Industry
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook in F&B Industry
  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills especiallly in F&B Industry
  • Employer Branding and Interviewing skill sespeciallly in F&B Industry
  • Experience in recruiting activities for blue collars is a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Knowledge of the F&B Industry is a must
