Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to join our HR team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate

will manage the full recruitment cycle, handle visa and LMRA procedures, and ensure

compliance with Bahrain labor laws, especially for expatriate workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions.

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates; conduct interviews.

• Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.

• Handle pre-employment documentation, reference checks, and offer letters.

• Manage LMRA and visa-related tasks (applications, renewals, sponsorship transfers,

cancellations).

• Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of recruitment/HR experience.

• Resident in Bahrain with knowledge of labor laws for expatriates.

• Fluent in Hindi (preferred) due to applicant demographics.

• Strong understanding of LMRA and visa procedures.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
