Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

Representing the Group in recruitment-related public appearances e.g. Exhibitions, Conferences, etc.

Answer questions about the company. (Recruitment Specifically & General Group information).

Maintain filing system and recruitment database for candidates.

Answer incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department.

Arrange interviews for the recruitment department.

Handle the offer signing process with the candidates.

Sourcing and screening suitable candidates as required.

Stibmit recruitment forms and documents to the HR department.

Ensures that the interviewees are informed about the results of their interviews.

Places the Company's recruitment ads in the traditional and social media channels.

Maintain filing system for recruitment documents.

Conduct reference checks for selected candidates.

Coordinate new Business Process Outsourcing deals by collecting requirements.

Building a quality relationship with the internal users and external clients.

Developing a good understanding of the clients, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment.

Using candidate's database and network to match suitable candidates to the user/client's vacancy.

Reviewing jobs applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of the candidates for the users and clients.

Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to users and clients in respect of suitable applicants on a timely manner.

Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates.

Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rate and training.

Adhering to MOL employment schemes and programs.

Performing other duties as assigned from time to time.

Other recruitment-related tasks

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in recruitment and outsourcing.

English language required.
