Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment Officer
Analyze needs : collaborate with managers and the sales team to define the profiles sought.
- Sourcing and hunting: identifying the best IT profiles (developers, systems engineers, project managers, consultants, etc.) via LinkedIn, CV libraries, specialist networks and events.
- Qualify and assess: conduct telephone interviews, assess technical and behavioral skills.
- Follow the process: organize interviews, support candidates and ensure their integration.
- Strengthen the employer brand: participate in HR communication actions (social networks, virtual events, school partnerships).
- Ensure market monitoring : follow IT recruitment trends to anticipate needs.
Skills:
- Good understanding of IT professions and technologies.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CV libraries, ATS).
- Excellent communication skills, listening skills and ability to convince.
- Autonomy, organization and initiative.
- Fluency in French is essential; English is a plus.
Desired Candidate Profile
1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally in an IT services company or headhunting firm.
