Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle full recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar positions (helpers, technicians, drivers, operators, laborers, etc.)
  • Conduct bulk and mass hiring to meet operational manpower requirements
  • Source candidates through:
  • Local databases and job portals
  • Manpower agencies (UAE & overseas)
  • Referrals, walk-ins, and recruitment drives
  • Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies for international hiring
  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and shortlist as per job requirements
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts
  • Coordinate with PRO / Government Relations for Visa processing, Medical tests, Emirates ID and Labour contracts etc
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and manpower reports
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
  • Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation
  • Support mobilization of workers to sites/projects on time
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment in the UAE
  • Strong exposure to bulk hiring / manpower supply
  • Good understanding of UAE Labour Law, visas, and MOL / MOHRE processes
  • Experience working with PROs and manpower agencies
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Excel, HR systems, and recruitment portals

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in construction, facilities management, logistics, or manufacturing
  • Knowledge of overseas recruitment (India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Srilanka, etc.)
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage
