Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Lead and manage overall store operations and ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets

· Motivate, guide, and develop a team to deliver outstanding customer service

· Lead and manage overall store operations and ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets

· Oversee visual merchandising, stock management, and operational excellence

· Maintain high standards of customer experience and handle escalated queries

· Collaborate with regional teams for marketing, planning, and business growth

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Less than 10 years (minimum 5 years in of experience in Retail or Luxury Retail is must, including supervisory or managerial experience)
  • Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus)
  • Immaculately groomed with a pleasing personality
  • Strong sales orientation with proven ability to drive targets
  • Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and store systems
