Roles & Responsibilities

Summary:

· The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization.

· This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

· The Recruitment Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

Primary Objectives:

· Develop and execute recruiting plans.

· Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.

· Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.

· Administrative duties and recordkeeping.

· Effective communication of all policies and procedures.

Develop and Execute Recruiting Plans

• Work with Account Managers on their recruitment requests

• Create Job Descriptions if not available or profile change

• Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.

• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.

• Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.

• Post positions to appropriate sources

• Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.


Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Human Resources


Minimum Experience:

· 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in GCC countries

Job-Specific Skills:

· Time Management

· Sound knowledge and experience in recruitment and Recruitment Systems

· Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

· Organizational skills

· Analytical skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
