Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire blue collar and white collar categories from India & UAE.
  • Conduct thorough screening and selection processes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various channels, including job portals, recruitment agencies, and social media platforms, to source potential candidates.
  • Utilize job portals, professional networks, and recruitment consultancies to attract and hire qualified professionals for white collar roles.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Maintain a strong network of recruitment agencies, job portals, and professional organizations to enhance the talent pool and streamline hiring processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Candidates should have 1 - 2 years of experience in Tele Marketing, Recruitment or in any related field
  • Candidates should have communication skills in English and Hindi. Verbal Skills in other languages will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Freshers can also apply
  • Preferably Female candidates
  • Preference for candidates on a Spouse Visa

Candidates should be available in UAE.
