Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play an essential role in connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities. You will work closely with both employers and job seekers to understand their unique needs and match candidates with roles that align with their skills and aspirations. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of various industries and job markets. You will need to be proactive in identifying potential candidates and companies, conducting interviews, and managing the entire hiring process from start to finish. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' hiring needs and job specifications.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Source and identify potential candidates using various platforms and methods.

Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit.

Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to offer and acceptance.

Advise clients on market trends, salary surveys, and hiring strategies.

Prepare and present shortlists of qualified candidates to clients.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.

Collect and provide constructive feedback to candidates and clients alike.

Negotiate job offers and employment terms with selected candidates.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the process.

Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in recruitment or a similar HR role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical.
