Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Purpose
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in engineering recruitment and a strong understanding of technical roles within the engineering field.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of engineering talent.
- Negotiate job offers and support onboarding processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the engineering sector.
- Proven experience in hiring engineers across different disciplines.
- Strong understanding of engineering roles, job requirements, and technical profiles.
- Excellent communication skills
- very good command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage offers and candidate expectations.
- High level of commitment to working hours and deadlines.
- very good in Microsoft Office (MSO) including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
