Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and attract suitable IT candidates through various platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for technical and cultural requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Negotiate salary and employment terms with candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and budgets.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver recruitment solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports for management review.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging sourcing channels.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience working with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
