Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for engineering, construction, and staffing roles.

Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

Use job portals, social media, and networking to identify top talent.

Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and visa regulations in recruitment practices.

Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.

Maintain recruitment reports and database updates.

Represent the company in recruitment drives and job fairs.

Requirements

2 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Qatar.

Strong background in hiring for construction, engineering, or staffing industries.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be currently based in Qatar with valid RP/work visa.

Experience in the Philippines recruitment market is highly valued.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight deadlines.

Familiar with job boards, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems.

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
