Recreation Supervisor (Female)

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Recreation Supervisor to be a part of our client's 5* hotel in Doha, Qatar and to lead our pool activities, including yoga and Zumba, and provide coverage for the gym when necessary. This individual should also have a background in administration to support the overall management of our recreational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pool Activity Leadership:
  
  • Plan, organize, and lead pool activities, such as yoga and Zumba classes.
  • Create engaging and inclusive exercise routines to meet the diverse needs and interests of our members.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during pool activities.
• Gym Coverage:
  
  • Provide coverage for the gym when other staff members are unavailable.
  • Monitor and enforce gym rules and safety guidelines.
  • Assist members with equipment usage and fitness guidance as needed.
• Administrative Support:
  
  • Maintain accurate records of program attendance and membership data.
  • Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and purchasing necessary supplies.
  • Handle inquiries, registrations, and membership renewals.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and update program schedules and policies.
• Staff Supervision:
  
  • Oversee and mentor part-time instructors and lifeguards.
  • Conduct staff training, evaluations, and performance reviews.
• Customer Service:
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing member questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
