Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all recreation activities on the property
- Provide accurate information to guests about pools, beach, fitness center, game zones, and child activity areas
- Encourage, register, and schedule guest participation in recreation programs and events
- Promote a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming atmosphere in all recreation facilities
- Enforce facility rules and safety regulations for guest welfare
- Monitor activity areas and respond appropriately to emergencies following local procedures
- Assist injured guests until emergency medical services arrive
- Support private functions and group activities within recreation areas
- Process payments for rentals, activities, facility usage, or retail sales when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of recreation facilities, equipment, and supplies
- Report accidents, hazards, and unsafe conditions promptly to management
- Follow company policies related to safety, appearance, confidentiality, and asset protection
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent
CPR and First Aid certification required
Comfortable working in an active, guest-facing environment
Physically able to lift, carry, and move items as part of daily duties
