Roles & Responsibilities

The Salon Receptionist is responsible for providing a warm welcome to clients, managing appointments, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations. The role requires excellent communication skills, organization, and a friendly personality to enhance the overall client experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients professionally and ensure a welcoming salon environment Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for stylists and therapists Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and respond to customer inquiries Handle billing, payments, invoicing, and maintain daily cash records Maintain client records and update salon management systems Coordinate with stylists and staff to ensure timely service delivery Promote salon services, packages, and retail products to clients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when required

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service role (salon/spa experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills (POS systems, booking software, MS Office) Ability to multitask and work under pressure Professional appearance and positive attitude Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
