Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

- Attendance

- Uploading Attendance

- Keeping a Track on Staff Local Visits.

- Maintenance of Stationery Supplies.

- Delivery of documents between Dubai and AUH Offices.

- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.

- Maintain keys for rooms like DR rooms and the gym.

- Ensure the reception area is tidy

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Professional attitude and appearance.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required
