Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay with exceptional customer service.
- Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and handle guest inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate daily apartment operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and inventory management.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members in both Arabic and English.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Support administrative tasks related to operations and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Female candidate fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or operations management is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work independently.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset.
- Proficient with basic computer applications and reservation systems.
