Roles & Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay with exceptional customer service.
  • Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and handle guest inquiries efficiently.
  • Coordinate daily apartment operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and inventory management.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members in both Arabic and English.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support administrative tasks related to operations and reporting.


Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Female candidate fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or operations management is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications and reservation systems.
