Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression for the company.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing them appropriately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, such as data entry, photocopying, and preparing presentations.
