Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and confident female Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Cosmos Immigration – a trusted name in immigration services. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, assist with daily office coordination, handle social media updates, and support administrative tasks with efficiency and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Guest Handling:

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients professionally and warmly.
  • Answer incoming calls and handle email inquiries.
  • Record and maintain daily visitor logs and appointments.

Daily Office Operations:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, report shortages.
  • Assist internal staff with basic requirements and tasks.

Social Media Coordination:

  • Create short videos (self and with team) related to immigration updates and success stories.
  • Post regularly on company social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Capture office activities and maintain a fresh digital presence.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with internal admin work including filing, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Handle support responsibilities for exams and assessments.
  • Coordinate appointments and internal meetings as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a female candidate who is:


✅ Presentable, confident, and customer-focused
✅ Fluent in English (spoken & written) – Mandatory
✅ Knowledge of English, Hindi, Tagalog, or any other languages – Added Advantage
✅ Filipina candidates are Open to apply
✅ Experienced in handling front desk, admin, or customer service roles
✅ Familiar with social media trends, confident in front of the camera
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
✅ Organized, punctual, and capable of multitasking
