Responsibilities :
Greet visitors and answer calls; direct to relevant departments
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and maintain visitor records
Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence electronically
Support general admin tasks (printing, scanning, archiving)
Collaborate with internal departments for smooth front-desk operations
Requirements :
Diploma or higher in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or Business Management (Bachelor s preferred)
At least 2 years of front-desk/reception experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills
Basic proficiency in English (spoken & written)
