Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)

. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing


Key Requirements:

. Holder of TSBS degree from a reputable university

. Previous work experience (2-3 years minimum)

. Professional behavior and decent business dress code awareness are crucial

. Phone Etiquette and Communication skills

. Customer Service skills

. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus


Work Location and Schedule:

. Work location: Zalka

. Working schedule: Monday till Friday, 8:00 till 5:00
