Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed in front desk operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment.
  • Professional appearance with a positive and welcoming attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
