Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed in front desk operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment.
- Professional appearance with a positive and welcoming attitude.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
