Job Description

Our company is seeking a dynamic and proactive Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and represent our company as the first point of contact for our esteemed visitors and clients. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area. The ideal candidate will be personable, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for a range of administrative duties that will support our company's operations and contribute to an efficient and orderly workplace. Your ability to multitask effectively, handle sensitive information discreetly, and offer exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail, deliveries, and packages promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address visitor inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain and update contact directories and visitor logs accurately.
  • Handle administrative duties including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms efficiently.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and over the phone.
  • Monitor office supplies and inventory and place orders when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all office policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Assist in organizing office events and activities as required.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to be resourceful, proactive, and work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and attitude are essential for this role.
