Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage the front desk by answering incoming calls, directing inquiries, and handling correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with scheduling appointments for staff and guests.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries promptly.
  • Provide accurate information regarding the company s services, location, and contacts to visitors and callers.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Support office management with inventory tracking and ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols by monitoring visitor access and issuing badges.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth daily operations and support special events.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
  • Flexibility to support occasional extended hours or special events as required.
