Roles & Responsibilities
1. Front Desk Management
2. Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
3. Manage appointments
4. Ensure the reception area is organized.
5. Assist in ordering office supplies and managing inventory
Communication Handling
1. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
2. Respond to emails, inquiries, and messages promptly and professionally.
3. Provide accurate information about the organization s services/products.
Administrative Support
1. Maintain and update records, files, and schedules.
2. Assist with filing, and document preparation.
3. Coordinate mail, deliveries, and courier services.
Skills:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
4. Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
