Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcoming and guiding visitors professionally
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Verify visitor identity and check access badges
- Inform internal departments of the arrival of visitors
- Handling visitor/customer requests
- Organize appointments and accompany visitors if necessary
- Prepare staff mission orders according to managers' requests
- Drafting invitation letters for international suppliers and visitors
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform administrative tasks: filing, photocopying, archiving
- Communicate the reception information to the relevant departments.
- Manage complaints and escalate important information
- Ensure the lobby and reception area are well-maintained.
- Prepare the meeting rooms, tea and/or coffee, if needed
- Perform all tasks related to the position or the activity of their department
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma of study in 3rd year of secondary school and above
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Proficiency in computer tools (Windows Office, or Office 365, etc.)
- Language proficiency: Arabic and French
- Writing quality
- Rigour and organisation
- Adapt your behavior to the company's culture and image, and maintain a polished appearance.
- Sense of interaction with visitors (Politeness, courtesy, self-control/discretion)
- Proven communication skills
