Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to all visitors, representing HQ with professionalism and integrity.
  • Greet all visitors in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Possess and maintain a thorough understanding services, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support such as photocopying, filing, faxing, and responding to routine correspondence.
  • Support the Executive Director of Operations with administrative tasks, including gather data reports and calendar management.
  • Manage visitor logs and generate reports on office activities, such as visitor numbers and meeting schedules.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing correspondence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demands and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Proficiency in handling office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines, ensuring smooth operation.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks, ensuring high-quality work output and documentation.
  • A friendly and approachable personality, capable of interacting comfortably with diverse individuals.
