Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Meet and Greet Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors at our car dealership. The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure a seamless and positive experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet all customers and visitors warmly upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.

Front Desk Management: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries professionally.

Appointment Coordination: Manage customer bookings for test drives, service appointments, and meetings with sales representatives.

Administrative Support: Assist with paperwork, maintain visitor logs, and provide general administrative support.

Showroom Presentation: Ensure the reception area and showroom remain tidy, well-organized, and presentable.

Hospitality Duties: greet customers and guests as needed.


Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (preferably in the automotive industry).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (tri-lingual).

Friendly, outgoing, and professional behavior.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, or dealership software is a plus).

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or administration are a plus.
