Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Be the initial point of contact, warmly greeting visitors and directing them efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Manage and route incoming calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely and accurate communication to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars for multiple team members.
  • Support HR functions such as new hire onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting with benefits administration.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with HRIS systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
