Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression for the company.
- Manage and direct phone calls efficiently, screening and transferring calls while taking accurate messages.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution and proper record-keeping.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and reflects the company's brand image.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, managing calendars effectively.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, assisting various departments as needed.
- Manage visitor access by issuing badges, maintaining visitor logs, and ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the company's products, services, and location.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and managing vendor relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, demonstrating a strong understanding of client interaction.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with diverse individuals.
